Merchant Terms

Effective date: 18 September 2026.

These Merchant Terms apply when you open or operate a DzalekaPay store. They form part of the User Agreement at https://pay.dzaleka.com/terms. They incorporate Privacy, Cookies, AML/CFT, Pricing, and Prohibited activity.

DzalekaPay is a payment aggregator. It is not a bank, remittance provider, or foreign-exchange service. Completed collections credit pending balance net of the published collection fee, then settle to available balance on a T+1 cycle in Malawi time. Only available balance can be paid out.

You must not use DzalekaPay for activities listed at https://pay.dzaleka.com/prohibited-activity. We may restrict or close a store for breach of these terms or applicable Malawian law.
